Washer/Dryer are in a separate area of the property and is a shared space.
***Main Pergola and Hot Tub are shared. You do have private seating as well on the property.***
There are two rental units on the property with one shared wall. The wall has extra insulation and is very quiet. We are located over 100 feet from the main road which is great for easy access and is further back than many other rentals in the area. You will still have some noise though as is common for the area.

"Even though this is not within Springdale, it's a perfect launching point to explore the surroundings of Zion. It's 18 minutes from Springdale, and right next to Kolob Terrace road, from which you can access Zion away from the crowd. Even though the rental allows pets, it's impeccably clean. Both beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is full of amenities that allows you to do some light cooking." - Leslie
